Post-Installation Services
Load King’s post-installation service is one of the aspects of our turnkey service that separates us from other modular store providers. Once the installation is complete, the installer affixes a sticker inside one of the cabinets that carries the serial number of the store, the installation date and a toll free phone number. If the operator has any issues with the modular store, he or she simply has to call the toll free number and one of Load King’s client service team will resolve it, no matter whether it relates to the parts we manufactured or third party equipment.
Each modular store comes complete with an Installation, Operation and Service Manual. This book pictured at right, has all the information necessary to insure proper operation of the modular store and all the equipment in it. The operating instructions for each individual piece of equipment are bound into the manual so everything is in one place. Instructions are provided for routine maintenance items as well as troubleshooting.
All Load King modular stores come with a one year unconditional warranty on all components manufactured by Load King as well as the manufacturer’s warranty on any third party equipment. The effective date of the warranty for those third party items is the date the installation is complete, which is another benefit to our turnkey service.
