Construction Management
At the request of many of our customers, Load King has recently begun offering general contracting services. This allows us to better manage store build-out programs for costs and timeliness.
In all our turnkey projects Load King becomes involved as early as possible. Providing the construction management of tenant improvements means that we can absolutely guarantee that the store will be open when the operator needs it to be. Additionally, we’ve found there are often synergies that lower the overall project cost.
